Graduate Level Semester Units from University of Pacific

Units Deadline!!!! July 1st!!

July 1st is always the deadline for Registration and Payment for units.  The East Bay Induction Consortium Office MUST be in reciept of your paperwork & payment NO Later than July 1st of the same year you earned the UOP Units.  Once the deadline has passed,Units are no longer available - NO exceptions.  Units must be purchase by the deadline of the year they were earned.  Participants must read and follow instructions carefully.

Earn up to 4 Units!



Support Providers:

  • Work closely with the Credential Candidate and meet at least sixty (60) minutes a week with a Mentor.
  • Assist the Credential Candidate in completing the online E-portfolio requirements.
  • Observe the Credential Candidate as required by EBIC.
  • Attend all required Induction Seminars, SP Orientation, SP Trainings and Colloquium.
  • Submit all required program forms, including completion of three (3) Mentor Activity Logs (MALs).
  • Complete all required online Surveys and Session Reflection Forms.

Final deadline for all submission and make-up seminars is the date of Colloquium.


Registration forms will go out to Support Providers approximately two weeks after the Colloquium.
